This is the equation of a circle centered on (0,0) and with radius r=3. You can draw it as a conic section. For that you will need the conics application. Look for it on education.ti.com
You can also draw it as two branches: y1=+ square root (9-x^2) and y2=-square root(9-x^2). The two parts may not overlap at the points on the the x-axis, but if you are willing to accept the calculator limitations you will have your graph.

If you are just interested in having a circle drawn, use the DRAW application. It has a command DrawCircle. Give it the center and the radius. The Draw application is accessed by pressing 2nd PRGM.

You're probably trying to graph a function that does not involve stat plot features. You can correct this by turning off the stat plot features. Press "2ND" "STAT PLOT" and then select 4:PlotsOff.

Hello,
To enter the inequation you split it into two inequalities

Graph is as follows

Use [2nd][CATALOG] to access the relaional operators less than or equal, greater than or equal, and the operator AND.
To access the inequality signs scroll upwards from abs( to reach the bottom of the catalog.
Note: You can use t as variable only in parametric graphs. Use x.
Hope it helps.

ok well go to the 'y=' button
type in the equation and make sure that the equals sign after y has like a black box around it, making the actual = white. so make sure both of those = signs of the 2 equations that you want to graph are like that, and thats about it.

### Graphing

The first solution will allow you to watch your calculator graph two equations simultaneously rather than finishing one before graphing the next; it won't solve the problem of having the calculator unselect one equation when you select a second. To fix that problem, try the following:

In order to select additional graphs, the Transformation Graphing App will need to be uninstalled from the TI-83 Plus Family and TI-84 Plus Family. Uninstalling the App does not erase it from the calculator, it disables it from interfering with the normal graphing modes. Below are the steps to successfully uninstall the App.
• Press [APPS] key
• Select Transfrm from the menu
• Press 1:Uninstall
