Question about Televison & Video
I am sorry to hear regarding the problem. There could be few possibilities.Unplug the unit for few minutes, say 15 minutes and then turn the unit on. If still you do not see any image or hear any video, this would confirm an internal fault and needs repair.I would like to have few questions answered to provide with more appropriate response :-
1. How old is the unit?
2. Is there any power surge?
3. Any pop up noise or any strange noise you hear when you on the TV?
4. Is it dead or do you see LED's blinking?
5. If yes, any sequence like 3 blinks then a pause followed by 3 more blinks?
6. Which LED is blinking and color of the same?
Let me know,so that we could proceed.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
