Did you recently change the cartridge??
Make sure it is connected and fit properly.
If the problem persists, try to just disable the ink monitor. You will have to take care of the ink levels yourself. :)
Press your Menu button repeatedly until "Maintenance" appears. Use your arrow buttons to select "cleaning" and press "OK". Run a test print in between cleanings so you can see if you're making any progress.
