Will not play cdg - RSQ NEO-E500 DVD Player

The Karaoke Anywhere app will play standard MP3+G zip files. These contain two files. One must be an mp3 file and the other must be the accompanying cdg file. The zip file cannot contain any other files or folders.
It seems from what you describe, the file you are attempting to play through Karaoke Anywhere is an MP3 file but that it either does not have a proper CDG file, or the MP3+G zip file is not in the proper format.

Take out the cd mech, look underneath for a wheel at the front which shoud have a small belt on, turn this with your finger til the disc becomes unclamped and the tray opens

In your program, just hit the "Next" button until 21 is displayed.

Can you hear the disk spinning? If not, the motor may need replacement.

If it is spinning- is it on Pause? If it is spinning and not on pause, the laser my be burned out, or the flat ribbon connector may be dislodged.

The problem isn't the burner. You need karaoke software to burn and view cdg files. Below is a link to free karaoke software. Install the software (or a software package of your choosing) and re-burn your files.

If the disc is "homemade", some players will NOT read the disc. If this is NOT the problem, it is unlikely anything internal would be a DIY repair.
