You have to set an "air-gap" on the ignition module between the legs of it and the magnets in the flywheel. Use a standard size business card as your "feeler gauge." Fold it in two. Place it in between the legs of the module and the flywheel. Turn the flywheel until the magnets line up with the coil legs and let the magnets draw the module into it. Tighten the hold down screws. Remove the business card. Your "air-gap" is now set at approximately .010" Closer is better, wider is not.

The gap is to be set at 0.10, usually a business card works well for this.

Have fun.

Will not start, replaced fuel lines (1 was broken) and spark plug

does it even run at all for a short bit? If not pull the spark plug from the unit, place some part of the spark plug threads on the metal surround the spark plug hole in the engine, turn the unti manually with the pull cord/starter and see if you get spark, if no spark it could be the Ign. coil module, a bad spark plug wire, or a break in the wiring to the ign. coil module.

Barracuda leaf blower quits after getting hot

This is Usually Caused by a Bad Ign Coil/Module.
Replace the Ign Coil/Module and the Problem should be Corrected unless the Rings are Worn Out.
Operate the Unit until it Quits and then Check for the Plug Firing.
If the Plug is Not Firing, then a New Ign Coil/Module is Required.
Hope this Helps.

Good Luck
