You need to have set your mobile phone up for receiving and sending MMS messages. If it's not set, you will receive a message with a url adress to go and see the content.
if the website is unavailable it might have expired, or the web servers might be down.
I suggest you call your mobile provider customer service and ask them to send you the MMS settings. Once you set up your phone, ask the sender to resend the content.
