Question about Canon BJC 2110 InkJet Printer
Given the age of the printer I would recommend replacing it. You can get a much better printer for about 20-40$. Not worth the cost of repair. All I would try to troubleshoot is just to double check all your connections to the computer and the outlet and also try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer if the printer is powering up.

Did you check the power cable of the printer. if you have spare, try to replace it will new power cord. Also, change the power supply source of the printer by plug it to other socket.
