The green light means that that all is ok with the sound card it has been installed
turn off your computer before doing this
you might have to remove your soundcard and clean the socket to make sure it is dust free
be sure to wear an earth strap before touching anything inside your computer
if your computer came with
a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click
start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager
scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question
mark? Right click to reinstall drivers

Follow these steps to reset the printer:
1. Turn the printer off with the Power button (if available).
