Question about Apple iPod touch
Turn off your iPod by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button on top (power button) until the red slider appears, then slide to power off, bring it up again by pressing and holding the power and home button together, let go of the buttons if the apple appears on the screen, this is a soft reset, turn off bluetooth if it's activated. Restoring your ipod with itunes will refresh and keeps your software updated and will isolate if it's a software or a hardware issue. Make sure to transfer purchases to your itunes library and back up your ipod touch data before restoring, if issue persist after restoring, consider a hardware repair. Hope this helps!
