Question about Televison & Video
As you know the TV is in protect mode because an internal fault has been detected.
I think that you already tried leaving power cable disconnected for ten minutes. After connecting back restart the TV with no device attached.
If there is no sign of failure (bulged capacitors, burnt spots etc.), then the parts must be tested.
