Question about Craftsman 550 Torque 22 in Deck 2n1 Side Discharge Front Propelled Lawn
I don't believe your problem to be with your spark plug. Did you hit anything with your blade before this problem started? If so your problem is with your timing.
You will have to check your shear key. Remove the top cover to your engine and any attachments. Remove your flywheel, and you will see the shear key between the flywheel and the top of the engine crankshaft. If the shear key is even slightly dented replace it . This is what is causing your problem. You will be up and running soon. GOOD LUCK.
