Error code 7,010.43 means that the Printhead is stuck in the tilted position, or is not able to tilt
forward to the print position, due to problems.

Troubleshooting Procedure

the X-Axis
drive.

or damaged.
2. Ensure the gears are correctly aligned and
homed.
3. Verify the process shaft and drive module
shaft are at their home positions.

drive train (near left side of the Printhead)?
Clean the
gears.

8 Use Service Diagnostics to run the Head
Maintenance Wiper Clutch test.

Go to Step 9.
9 1. Align the Wiper Assembly (page 6-2).
2. Use Service Diagnostics to run the Wiper
Drive Test.
Did the test fail?
Replace the
Exit Module.
Go to Step 10.
10 1. Use Service Diagnostics to run the Load
Maintenance Clutch test.
Did the test fail?
Inspect the
maintenance
drive system,
replace any

I have an 8560 MFP with a 04,024,45 error


Power OFF the Printer and Contact Support for Assistance. That's what the support website states. If you run out of warranty Xerox will charge you a call out fee before they even look at the printer.

We have a problem with a Xerox 8560 MFP with this error 37,008.44:34849. We don't known where is the problem. Can you help us ?


There is a problem with the power up of the printer. For 37,00x.xx error codes you can try power off the printer, wait 30 seconds and power it back on. According to the Xerox website for 37,008:44 error code you should Verify the Printer's Power Source and Isolate the Printer.

The ink-loader is defective and probably needs to be replaced.
The MFP ink-loader is unique, so you must buy PN 848K06380

Phaser 8560 error code


Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.

Thanks for your assistance, but I found out the machine is still under warrenty and is scheduled to be fixed.
