Question about Mercury P4VM800M7 Motherboard
Your system is not booting
You remove all HDD/ DVD/and any other device
Power on with only mother board,
It will initialise all and rest with a message "BOOT FAILURE"
It means the M/B is good
Then connect the HDD and power on.
If not proced then try to re-load the operating system.
