Is there any USB device connected to the laptop like printer, USB memory stick, scanner, etc? If there is, I suggest you remove it before starting the computer.
If there's nothing connected to the computer then it is a possible hardware problem. If you know how to open the computer, I suggest to remove the memory and place it back. if that doesn't work, it might be another hardware causing the problem. Call ACER so they can help diagnose the problem. If the computer doesn't warranty from ACER, I suggest to bring it to a qualified technician.
