Question about Baby Care
Disengaging the 'drop-side' is the tricky part.
You'd need a size 4 allen key. Assembly instructions will help you locate the screws: http://help.mothercare.com/resources/mothercare/products/Ashton_Cot_Dropside_UPDATE
Before you begin removing screws, you must first disengage the lower part of the 'drop-side'.
At a point midway between the "High" and "Low" postions - the lower side should be pulled outwards (towards yourself). Now lower the 'drop-side' - to release free. It would have been nice if they had marked this position on a visible edge.
Proceed to removing screws in the reverse order of assembly.

We'd recommend you contact Mothercare customer services department and ask them to contact the manufacturer of the cot for a replacement set of instructions.
