this could be due to more than one cause selector switch faulty elements faulty. however this would mean both elements gone - there is one at the top and one at the bottom also worth while looking at the wiring to the convection elements. does the thermostat neon come on when convection is selected?

This usually is caused by a bad convection fan motor. This is something that you should have a technician replace, but ask for a price quote first. Fairly expensive to fix and usually very complicated to get at. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists

I have a classique oven and I need to know when I turn it to conventional oven cooking is the green light supposed to go on? all other settings (after I worked them out) do!
