Very carefully remove the knobs with pliers. take out all screws. Be careful about touching things inside while Power is on. Do things with power off or unplugged then plug it in to test it.

Check inside the battery compartment and feel over any labels, there may be screws there that need to be removed before it will come apart. If no screws then there will be snap clips around the outer edges of the case, but inside so you don't know exactly where they are located. To get it apart use something like a credit card push it in between the 2 halves of the housing and slowly work it around, in and out until you find where the snaps are located, then use the card to carefully slide the snaps apart. Good luck...the snaps do tend to breal easily.

Door wont open

On most of these the hook latches inside can be released once the unit is apart--may require special bits to get it apart as they use them to prevent average people from trying to get inside.

or have a shop look at it.

My kenmore washer fills up starts doing its thing and it makes a noise and then i smell something burning and it runs for a minute or so and then it cuts off and if it sits for a little it will work again...

Sounds like your motor is shutting down on the thermal overload/that is a safety device inside the motor. If unit was worked on lately maybe something was not put back the rite way..If not then most likely gearcase is getting bad and causing motor to work too hard .Could take unit apart to see if gearcase shaft turns freely.I have a post on here on how to take direct drive unit apart..'Good luck and thanks for voting

Ionic Breeze Midi Prof. Plus has red light on and won't work

When you cleaned everything did you also turn the whole unit upside down and gently shake to remove trapped dirt in the bottom of the unit. As for taking this unit apart to clean throughly there is no need. Just use some q-tips with 91% Isopropal alcohol not Rubbing alcohol to get to the small areas. Pay close attention to the small arrow shaped metal contact near the bottom of the unit. Make sure it is wiped clean and everything is completely dry. Plug unit back into power and the red button should turn green.

Canon MP360 not printing

You probably need a new purge assembly, it draws some ink to both clean and prime the printhead. When it stops working you won't get any ink to the paper.

Watter dripping inside my apartment (the a/c unit has already been profesionally tilted outside) Thank you!

It sounds like you may have a condensation drain problem. Shut the unit off to stop the water problem and call a qualified technician to clear the condensation drain and test for other problems.

No power

These units seem to be suffering from a bad connection on the inside of the unit. My wife's did the same thing. There was a connection inside that wasn't making contact. First try cleaning the 4 brass connection tabs on the watch and check your charger to make sure the tabs are raised and not squished. Second try to reset the unit. Hit mode reset and power buttons all at the same time. Hold these for 3 seconds and then release. If these do not work here is what I did. There are no screws holding the unit together. I used a exacto blade to very carefully pry the unit apart along the side seam. It's not easy to do. Be very cautious and gentle. Work the thickness of the blade into the joint to gently wedge apart. You are not trying to remove material! Once apart you will see some fingers that make a connection between the upper and lower part of the unit. This is where the problem was with my wife's 305. I gently raised these tabs to make a better connection, It's been working ever since. I didn't try it before but try pressing very hard on the unit where it says Forerunner 305. The case is very hard so it might not work. But if it powers up when pushing you found your problem. Hope this helps. Here is a link I found on opening a 205 (Same process) To put the unit back together use Automotive silicon/gasket maker. Use a tooth pick to put a VERY small amount of silicon around the entire seam. Put the two half's together and wrap tightly with electrical tape. Test the unit immediately to see if it powers on and off. If it does not open it back up and raise the small prongs that make the connection from the bottom half to the top half. If any silicon squishes out the sides wipe with water and a rag. Let the unit sit over night. In the morning remove the tape.

How do I reassemble On/Off switch?

The actual switch will not fall apart. There is a black part that is integral with the switch itself. This is about 1/4" to 3/8" wide, and can only be seen from inside the unit. Then there is a plastic piece that is part of the top shell. The hole in the plastic piece has to fit over the black part of the switch, so when the plastic piece is moved, the switch on the inside of the unit will move with it. SO, center both parts, and put them together. If you actually took the switch itself apart, you would have needed a soldering iron, and there would be no purpose for doing this.

Cd player buttons don't work

On almost every port. cd player is a botton lock switch . Some make all the buttons not work and some units only let play work. I suggest you look for this before taking apart as these units have whats called ribbon cable inside them and are very easy to damage them.
