Don't have drivers for HP Officejet j6480 all-in-one printer.

1. Enter the product hp officejet j6480

2. Select Go then click on the match found below.

3. Select your operating system . If you are not sure which operating system you have
1. Go to the start button and right mouse click on computer
2. Select Properties
3. Windows edition will let you know what version of windows you have and the type of system you have will be displayed under system type

4. Next select driver and download your HP Officejet Full Feature Software and Driver

I always use HP printers and every time i get a new operating system (vista, win7 etc) the HP software does not fully install. I go to HP.com to install the latest software for the appropriate OS but rarely get more than just the printer working. If i require the scanner or cd print features i have to do that from an older computer or older operating system that the printer was originally installed on.

Try using the HP Scan Diagnostic Utility in Windows - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

If you have the cd installer for your printer, try to install the driver for scanner... don't forget to disable first the connection of your printer from your computer when installing the driver...

If you don't know the location of the driver, try browsing first the cd installer..

Your printer is the genune hp printer. It will not show the ink level of refilled and non-HP cartridges. Try the original one the problem will get rectified.

Go to HP.com and navigate to their support page and specify your printer. You can download a copy there.

Try going to www.hp.com and let the website auto-detect your printer and download the drivers automatically.
