Question about Motorola Mobility Brute i680

Open Question

My motorola brute i680 phone has trouble charging. It isnt the charger because I have bought three different ones. It charges most of the times like last night, then randomly it doesnt even recognize when it is plugged in and won't charge, like right now. This has happened on and off ever since I got the phone. I try shutting it off and turning it back on and taking out the battery and getting any dust out but nothing works. It will randomly charge one of these days when I plug it in, but I don't want to be without a phone for a few days. What is the deal?

SOURCE: my device won't charge

This situation sometimes occurs when the batteries get overcharged. Use the phone for a day and then attempt to charge. If it still won't charge, remove the battery for about a minute. Then re-install the battery and attempt to charge. If that doesn't clear the problem, you may need to get a new battery.

SOURCE: Motorola H730 will not turn on even though it is fully charged

Sometimes they just die. Many electronic items, that have rechargeable batteries, need to be charged on a periodic basis in order to maintain the battery's functionality. If it's under warranty, Motorola is very good about replacing it. Otherwise, assume you'll need a new one. Good luck.

Put sim card in phone and now it wants a special code

Your motorola is asking for Special Code since your trying to insert a different network other than the one it actually supports. If you need to use a different network in your Motorola Brute i680 then you should unlock it. You can unlock it at TheUnlockArena.com using unlock codes. Visit the website and order your codes.

Trouble charching battery, after 6 houres only one bar on battery . Charging will not complete.

    Hello,

    1 charger
    2.battery
    3.charging port
There are three ares to look at,
There are three different things you can try to determine the real problem of your phone, firstly, try use a similar charger to charge the phone to see if it will hold charge, if it does, it means your charger is bad, get a new charger. secondly, another area you will need to look at is removing the battery on your phone and charging the battery of your phone with a similar phone to see if the phone will charge the battery and hold charge, if it did not, it means the battery of your phone is bad and will need to be replace, lastlt, check, the charging port of your phone might be malfunctioning and not charging your phone, if the two above look good, it means the charging port is the problem, replace the charging port and you will see that your phone will hold charge.

    Take care.
