My system is turn off and turn on no loading os and bios is not working motherboard is intel d102ggc2

Hi,
Have you tried pressing F2 when you powered on the PC?
Ensure that the monitor displays the signal of PC and there is no issue with video signal. If there any issue, check with RAM.
1.If no, just press it to view the bios setting. Go to the third option below.
2.If yes and no display of bios, may be your BIOS ROM chip failed. Before that take the C-mos battery out and try again. Almost try to replace it or you must go for a new motherboard.
3.If yes and getting into bios, check for the hard disk detection. If it is detected, try again for booting. If it is detected and not booting, try to format. If it is not detected, try changing it into another SATA / IDE port. Still it is not detected, replace the hard disk.

My machine can not boot when any USB device is pluged in. Configaration:- Intel dual core, d102ggc2, 1.5 GB RAM

You already have the right answer dear user, your USB device cannot read by your system it maybe damaged. Try to replace another USB device. Also, maybe your startup in your CMOS/BIOS setup is set in First boot to USB device. Change it to first boot to HDD.

My mather board driver is not working because bio problem

just reset you bios and see. i will tell you simple way to reset your bios

There are 2 ways you can reset your bios.

1. On the motherboard there is a small watch battery. Remove this battery along with the power cable from the power supply. Hold down the power button to fully discharge the system. Wait 2-3 minutes then reinstall the battery and plug in your system. Your reset is now complete

2. Some motherboards have a 3 pin jumper by the battery. Lets say that the jumper is on pins 2 and 3. Remove the jumper while the machine is OFF and place onto pins 1 and 2. Power on your machine for a minute. (Note: Your system will not POST). Shutdown your machine and put the jumper back to pins 2 and 3. Your reset is now complete

No bios booting on start up

The model number you provided is incorrect.
It is most likely, D945GCNL. Intel site for your MB; http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng

If you’re currently using 2 DIMMs of memory remove one DIMM. Open your manual to page 11. First remove DIMM "L". Attempt booting your system. Listen for possible bios beeps. Than shut the system down and remove the memory from " K " and insert your second memory DIMM. Again, boot system and listen for bios beeps. Intel suggest when installing memory on to the D945GCNL motherboard that it be done in a specific manner. See, 1.4 System Memory Page 16, in the TechProdSpec.pdf manual provided below; http://downloadmirror.intel.com/15115/eng/D945GCNL_TechProdSpec.pdf
The power supply currently in your system with does not provide enough wattage for your motherboard. To help find how much power you do need open the next link provided; http://www.journeysystems.com/?power_supply_calculator
It’s better to have more wattage power than you need. Even though you have an Intel manual for your board it’s suggested you download it from Intel. You'll need Adobe reader to view the manual. With Adobe you can use the zoom in feature. The next pdf link is your manual;
http://downloadmirror.intel.com/15115/eng/D945GCNL_ProductGuide02_English.pdf
I do not think there is anything wrong with you bios or your system memory. I think your system is under powered.

Happy holidays!

This can be a sign of bad power suplly,
The fact that it turns on is not a sign that is working properly.
Test with different power supply

Memory channel mode

Hi shinde32, you should know that dual channel memory should be bought as a pair. Your board has two DIMM slots as you mentioned. The board can handle up to 2GB max memory, as you have mentioned. What you do not seem to know is it is required to use the same amount of memory is each slot. See the bottom of page 55 in your manual. (Do you need the manual)? Download at this link;
http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d102ggc2/sb/d4798502_en.pdf
There is not a bios setting where you can enable or disable memory channels. The bios configures the memory automatically. Intel has a list of memory tested & passed for the D102GGC2 Mb. You can see that list at this next link.
http://www.intel.com/technology/memory/ddr/valid/DDR2_sodimm_results.htm
Bottom line, both DIMM slots should have two 512MB DIMMS or two 1GB DIMM's. (Like this memory);
http://www.bzboyz.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProdID=18112

https://www.thefind.com/computers/info-spd-dual-channel-kit-memory
This is what your search would look like,
"1GB x 2 DDR2 dual channel 533MHz SPD memory".
The Certified "SPD" is important for Intel MB's.

Good luck shinde32!

Thank you for using fixya.
