Use the DMS (deg, ' '') key.

In Run>Mat or in PRGM press the OPTN key. Pan to the next page by pressing F6>. the F5:ANGL

To enter a number in DMS use the F4: [deg '"]

Example :type in 15 deg 45 minutes 10 seconds

15 [F4] 45 [F4] 10[F4] then enter. The result is displayed in Decimal Degrees as 15.7277778

Press F5 [deg '"<==]

The number is converted to DMS.

Use the DMS key marked degree, apostrophe, double quotation mark.

Lets us call it [DMS]

Yes. Pressing the DMS key (two keys above the 8 key) when a result is displayed toggles the result between decimal degrees and degrees-minutes-seconds.

For example, to convert 3.5 degrees, press 3 . 5 = and you'll see 3.5. Now press DMS and you'll see 3 degrees 30 minutes 0 seconds.

Use the key above the ENG key to enter a value in DMS form, ending each portion with the key. To convert it to decimal, press SD once (or twice if you get a fraction the first time).

if you mean degrees like the degree/minute/second thing:
lets say you have 24.12
there is a button that has a dot, and 3 commas (it's located next to the negative button) that will convert that number to degrees. input your decimal, press the equal sign, and then press that degree button and it will convert 24.12 to degrees, minutes, and seconds. the solution is 24 degrees, 7 minutes, and 12 seconds.
