Question about Computers & Internet
You are infected. try booting up into safe mode with networking (tap F8 on startup), try an alternate browser if you have one (firefox, chrome, etc) and get combofix (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix) run that, then get malwarebytes antimalware (http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html) update and run a full scan with that. should get you going.
