Hi windleyjeffr....

Check your fuel filter if you have one, normally they are located in the fuel tank.
Also make sure you are using fresh fuel...and oil mix if your using a two cycle mower or weedeater with the oil to the right mixture and not too much oil as it can cause hard starting.
If the mower/weedeater is over a year old, then I recommend that you buy and install a new carburetor repair kit, because the diaphragm will get hard and that will cause it to be hard to crank.
Sounds like you will need to clean the carburetor or replace your carburetor internal rubber parts like the diaphgram and O rings.
Be sure to use compressed air to blow out all the fuel and air passages.
Be careful when blowing out the passages, because there are sometimes small rubber type seats in the bottom of some of the passages.
Sometimes you can get by with priming the carburetor or using starting fluid and letting it run a few times like that and it will flush the gunk out of the jets, but most of the time you will need to rebuild the carburetor.
Keep in mind that the float for the carburetor must be level when you go to reassemble the carburetor or follow the instrucitons you get with the carburetor kit.
When you clean your carburetor and remove the jet screws, you will first need to lightly seat the jet screws.
But before you lightly seat the jet screws count the number of turns it takes to seat the jet screws from their original position.
Be sure to mark the turns down on a piece of paper.
That way when you put the jets back in, you know to lightly seat them first and then turn them back out to their orginal position before you started.

My Stihl FS55 is pouring fuel from the exhaust, I have already changed the carburater, I have put new fuel lines, Filters and plug at the beginning of the season.

sound like either the throttle is stuck open or the float is stuck open in the carburetor. i would recomend cleaning the carb and seeing if the condition persists.

can you put gas in the carb and give it a pull.if you can use somthing to sqirt the gas in you can keep it running for a few minetts and maybe dislodge any dirt that mite be in the chambers
posibly take an air hose and blow the carb out through the jets and gas line

you may have to take the carb in for a kit
somtimes they trimmers get warped between block and carb and **** to much air between them and it dos,nt get the gas it needs to start

When I start my trimmer it runs fine until it gets down to the time to switch it to run and as soon as I switch over and press the trigger for gas it shuts down. please help!

With choke on it forces gas by suction through carb. That is a good sign of vavle body in carb stopped up with 2 cycle gas/oil mixture left in gas tank and not run completly out of trimmer and gas tank. You will need to remove carburator-disassemble it carefully not to tear any gaskets or diaphrams. Also inspect all rubber membrains for very tiny tears or wholes in them. If found rebuild kit will be needed. If not local auto parts stores carry carburator cleaner in 1 gallon container you will need to soak in overnight then use compressed air to blow through tiny orfices in valve body of carburator. If your remove low & high speed air mixture screws turn screws down( in clockwise ) just untill seated (count full revolution of turns on each one before removing them) Make sure to remove all rubber gasket,o-rings ect. before putting carb. in to soak overnight they will swell up and be no good in the morning if not. a good rule of thumb is to take digital camera and take pictures of every step before removal and use to help with rebuild of carb. (make notes) drain or run gas out of everything before setting it up not in use for won't have these problems again also (seafoam carb cleaner poured into gas will help prolong old gas if used when gas is new and works great on cleaning out all fuel related problems with any and all combustable engines it can be found at advance auto parts,o'reilly auto parts) hope this helps you out.

I need engine rebuid diograms for a sthil fs55 strimmer

you dont need a diagram. i used to work for a place where we rebuilt all kinds of gas and electric power tools and etc.. my experiance from trimmers the exact same way you take apart you put it back together. and you dont rebuild the engine you replace the muffler, the sensor, the spark plug, the rotor, and you can really take apart the carb.and clean it and put it back on

Starting Still FS55 Trimmer

try leaving the trimmer in direct sunlight for a while and then try starting it. placing the trimmer in direct sunlight will warm up the spark plug. if it does start then it might be that spark plug is getting to be weak and may need to be replaced.

Ryobi gas

check the fuek lines for hole and leaks, check the fuel filter and clean if necessary. remove the carbuerator and inspect the gasket; it should be soft and flexible, if it seems hard or brittle replace it. clean the carb with carb cleaner sray (available at any local auto parts store) and compressed air. make sure you get inside the small fuel rail holes. also check the primer bulb for pin holes and proper seating/seal. if that doesn't work have the carb repaired at a service center or replaced.
