SOURCE: Bosch Dishwasher

Hi ED, It sounds like a real problem here. If the springs are still in one piece, my best guess is to to remove the springs from the door. Then attach the springs to the dishwasher body first, then reattach the spring to the door. Not an easy job, good luck. If you have further problems check with www.repairclinic.com, as the repairguru there may be of more help.

if you can still see the picture its most likely the control board that's going bad, you will still need a tech out to fix the issue.

SOURCE: Freezer/refrigerator

Refrigerators with an evaporator (called a humid plate on this type of refrigerator) in the refrigerator section are called a semi-automatic defrost. This means that the freezer section occasionally needs defrosting but the refrigerator section defrosts by a means called "heat leakage defrost". How it should work....
the cold control, (the electrical device under the dial), leaves the compressor off for long enough for the plate to melt off each cycle.
If yours is not melting off perhaps you have a faulty control or you have it set too high. hope this help

SOURCE: Rear Door Handle Broken

I had the same problem, and here is the solution:
http://www.findonefindall.com/toyota-sienna/siennareardoor.htm

It includes step-by-step instructions and photos. I printed it and headed to the garage. I while later (hours actually) it was fixed. I did end up going to the hardware store and buying the EXACT size screw they recommend. I went with a screw rather than a nut and bolt. Worked fine.

I need to put a new baffle plate in my 2100 coonara wood heater and cant find anything on internet bout how to do it

Try MFG website, or email their customer service. Also try the replacement part via Ebay. May have instructions with the plate.or do you already have the plate? If so go back to the seller and ask for the install instructions. (usually they come with the part)

General information about Fort Lock anchor plate for cam lock

This anchor plate is typically found in coin operated machines and usually found on wood back doors and wood coin doors. It is 2-3/16" long by 1-1/4" wide by 3/32" thick and has two screw holes in it for using #6 size screws to attach the plate to a wood door. This plate can be either spot welded or nut-and-bolted to metal doors.
Fort Lock part number for this plate is AP-1. Happ Controls sells it as part number 30-1965-00. Many online cam lock sellers do sell this anchor plate under Fort Lock's part number and it's price is usually less than $2.

To open watch case, hold back of watch up with arrow pointer on the back plate...

If you don't have the proper watchmaker's tools (and you'll need several!) I recommend that you not do this yourself. You could scratch the case or damage the movement if you don't know what you're doing. If it's a water resistant watch the gasket also needs to be replaced once it is opened. DO NOT reuse a gasket! For about $8 any watch or jewelry2_bing.gif store can change the battery and renew the gasket for you. Most Sears stores will do it while you shop.

We do not seem to be getting as much heat from the stove this year as last year. The stove makes a loud clanking sound when it heats up and cools down. It is a regency wood stove Model R3/R9/RA3. There...

That stove has a metal baffle on top of an air tube that can warp with age. It might be changing shape as it heats up and making your sound. If this is the case it can block the path for the stove pipe and cause performance issues. The baffle plate and insulating blanket on top can be easily replaced.

Door will not latch

There are a few ways you can fix this problem by trouble shooting a few things.....#1 If there is room inside the door opening, and your door still closes you can "SHIM" one of the hinges out. Top or bottom can be shimmed depending on where the latch for the door is hitting the Strike Plate. Close the door and watch where the latch is closing on the frame. If it is hitting above the Strike Plate then you can shim the Upper hinge, Shim bottom hinge if latch is hitting below Stike Plate. You can use anything Thin( as Thick as the hinge plate or thinner) a wooden shim, a piece of plastic, something to bring the honge out a bit. Unscrew the needed hinge from the wall and insert "SHIM" between hinge and wall and retighten screws. This may adjusting enough so the door will latch. You may also use this method sort of in reverse. Instead of shimming the hinge, you may be able to recess in deeper into the frame or the door, creating the same affect. You will need to remove the door and use a wood chisel to sink the hinge(s) deeper. #2 If that does not work you may have to relocate the strike plate up or down, creating a new area for the latch. Follow the same proceedure as solution #1 to see where the latch is hitting the strike plate. Remove and reposition the strike plate so the latch hits in the center of the hole in the strike plate. Mark the strike plate where the new postion needs to be and use a wood chisel to recess the strike plate in its new position. Than you can patch the old area with wood putty. I think #2 is the easiest, depending on how your wood work on the door framing is......I have used these tricks before, and I hope they can help you out......Joe

Whirlpool Duet: "remove the heater..."

don't know the whirpool duet cos i'm in uk not us.
i assume your machine is a front loader
places to look for heater are
remove back plate and look for heater at bottom of rear face of tub
sometimes heater is mounted on front plate of tub in which case tilt machine backwards and see if you can see heater mounted towards bottom of front face.
most likely place however is on the rear plate of the tub
