Question about Asko D1976 Built-in Dishwasher
Check that the rollers that the track rolls on are not bent or breaking....that may allow the front of the basket to drop...
Often this happens because inadvertently someone will place their hands on the basket and push down on it while loading it, or even the weight of the dishes break it down over time...
