Yes you can tight the handle.If the handle is coming loose, that means the screws are coming loose.The handle is fitted via screws from inside.You will have to open the door, then from inside remove the inner door panel.Once the inner is out, on the back side of door you will see the screws.Just re-tight the screws and handle is tight.Then replace the panel and tight it.
