Hi I'm ddesperately trying to find instructions for a tent we just bought which is a Cantera 9. Would you be able to provide this for me please?

I have never seen your tent but found these instructions online. Hope they help:

Erection / Pitching

This tent pitches inner first and uses the popular ring and pin method to locate the poles on both the inner and outer and takes two to erect. The poles are all colour coded making it very easy to identify which poles go in which sleeves. The inner uses six poles to hold up, three for the main living area and one each for the bedroom pods. Once all poles are threaded, its advisable that one person gets inside the inner tent and supports the main poles as they are located. Tip here and for most tents of this design, make sure the first pole you locate on the main living area is the pole on the bottom of the crossover at the top of the tent, this then takes the weight of the poles above making it easier to secure. Locate the main poles and then the bedroom pod poles using the ring and pin system. The inner tent will then require pegging down and this takes around twenty pegs to secure. Finally once the inner is secure the outer flysheet is pulled over the inner, tied on the main poles and then finally pegged. The final thing to do is to locate the two porch poles and secure with the ring and pins and then peg out the guy ropes.

Also perhaps this video will give you an idea of what it is supposed to look like when it\'s up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SyVVIXV7l0

How do you attach the chainsaw to the pole?

You simply mount the saw between the two metal plates.
There are two screws holding the plates together.
Look in the owners manual and it will guide you how to attach the saw.
Once the saw is attached, plug in the power cable that is on the end of the pole. One word of advice....there is a large locking collar ring that enables the two poles to extend and lock together. There has been numerous reports that the locking collar ring splits due to overexersion. You can add a stainless worm clamp (similar to a radiator hose clamp) around the rind and tighten it securely. Be sure it is a heavy duty wide clamp. This will help to keep the ring from splitting under pressure.

Need instruction manual for the Ridgeway Moab Model 89034. 4 room tent

I borrowed one of these and got most of the job done. Here's what I ended up doing:
At a site with good drainage, a little uphill, stake down the floor of the tent
Longest two poles go through the twin sleeves in the center/top. They are color coded red and yellow
These two poles are anchored at the base by the center color coded ring_peg
The tube ends of the fiberglass poles. Fit over these pegs.

The slightly shprter fiberglass poles go trhough the two blue sleeves.
These poles get anchored on one end by a yellow ring peg and on the other by a red ring peg. They hold the vented windows up.

The arch shaped pole is threaded through a black sleeve atop the entrance to the. Tent.
The arch is anchored on either side by a red ring peg on one end and a yellow peg on the other.

Stake the lines from the screen windows outwards from the tent

Spread the tarp over the top and stake the corners to shelter the screened top from rain

We just purchased a used '99 Starcraft Field & Stream PUP. There were no instructions for setting up the awning. I need step-by-step ''how-to'' help since everything I've found says, ''raise support...

I had exact same problem on my 93 popup. I finally figured it out. First, the poles with the plastic rings slide into the poles with the metal rings. These are the vertical support poles. Next, the poles w/ plastic nipples slide into the other poles with rubber ends. When put together the poles with the nipples should be spring loaded. These spring loaded poles rest against the top of the camper and the nipples are inserted into the 3 holes of the pole that go across the front of the awning giving you rafter support. The tension from the spring should keep the pole in place against the side of the camper. The first 3 poles with the plastic rings go from the ground to the front awning pole where the nipples can slide through the plastic ring and then into the awning pole. The vertical poles can be adjusted for height by sliding them up or down and then twisting them like a screw to tighten them up and keep them in place. 2 of my 3 vertical poles will not lock when I twist them so I have to get tricky with them. The metal rings, which should now be at the ground, are there so that you can stake it down under windy conditions. I hope this wasn't too confusing but I beleive it will help you. Good luck!!!

We can't reprogram the phone afeter the power goes out.

To change the ringing on a prostar 816 you first need to be at a display set (doesn't matter what the extension number is).
with the handset down enter #20 the screen should say MMC DISABLED
1) enter in 1 2 3 4 1 # (that enables programming)
2) enter in #62 the screen should say day ring assn
3) press the line you wish to program
4) press the buttons for the extensions that you wish to ring (the ones in the right next to the handset)
5) press # when finished with the line
6) repeat steps 2 through 5 for the remainder of the lines you wish to change
The code for hold recall is #52
enter in your hold recall time in sec. and in a 3 digit format. i.e. 30 seconds = 030 a minute and a half is 090 and so on.
press # when finished

hope that helps
