Question about Adobe Computers & Internet
This is Adobe's link:
This is for Adobe Reader but, you may want Flash Player also:
If you have these two, you also should have Java, if you don't already have it:
Downloading Adobe can be a little tricky sometimes but, most importantly, you have to unisatall ant prior versions of the Adobe product you are downloading, before trying to download new versions. Hit the download tab, and you may have a window come up, at the top of your screen, to allow Active X to run, which you have to allow. You will also be instructed to get out of any apps that accsess the web, such as e-mails, MSN messenger, etc., which you can do by minimizing Adobe while you exit the apps. In some cases you can just run the download but, sometimes it may be necessary to save to file and open to run your download. Adobe has pretty good support as far as literature you can look at and try if you are having problems with the download.
