You need to replace the DLP chip. Get a quote form a TV repair shop.

I have a IN2102 with a fresh bulb or the old bulb and it looks like bubbles or snow showing on the screen. Replacing the bulb did not change the output showing, Tried compressed air also, did not change...

DMD or DLP chip has died. Can be replaced by user if you have electronics experience equivalent to building or servicing desktop computers. Just replaced mine this week, actually. Good as new now. The part or chip number is on the chip itself. Once you have that number, you can usually find replacements on eBay for roughly $200. Kinda pricey, but way less than a new unit. I looked at some forums but found no listed DMD chip numbers for your projector:(. Hope this helps!!!!

The light assembly housing may need cleaning. The extreme brightness of the light inside the housing will cause the plastic to give up some chemicals and coat the lenses inside with a residue that will show up as snow on the screen.

Suddenly, benq mx511 has white pixels showing up....multiplying every the projected image consists of 50% snow.

It probably has the same DLP chip as my Mitsubishi television. The mirrors in the chip set get stuck and create the white spots. There is no way to fix this other than replacing the DLP chip.
