Question about Vacuums
Make sure the presser foot is raised and the needle is in the highest position. Move the needle up by twisting the nob on the right side of the machine toward you.
And rotate the nob on the left side until the needle goes all the way down and up again. Always rotate toward you or you could damage the needle.------------ Other possibilities to be checked are :----
Bobbin winder shaft was left in winding position- Move bobbin winder shaft back fully to left.---
Hand wheel out of gear unit loose- check tightness of the hand wheel bobbin winder unit.---
Buttonhole lever was not lowered when machine was placed in buttonhole mode- Lower buttonhole lever.--- Motor belt slipping- reset or replace belt.
Thread lock, threads wrapped around bobbin case- find and remove threads from bobbin case area.--------- This should help.thanks.Helpmech.
