Hard reset pioneer cdj 400

To perform a hard reset on a Pioneer CDJ-400, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the CDJ-400 by pressing the power button located on the front of the unit.
2. While holding down the Eject button (located on the top left of the CDJ-400), turn on the power switch.
3. Continue holding the Eject button until the display shows "PIONEER CDJ-400."
4. Release the Eject button.
5. Press and hold the Track Search Forward (">>") button and the Track Search Backward ("<<") button simultaneously.
6. Keep holding these buttons until the message "Resetting All Data" appears on the display.
7. Release the Track Search buttons.
8. The CDJ-400 will perform the hard reset and return to its factory default settings. This process may take a few moments.
9. Once the reset is complete, the CDJ-400 will restart.
Please note that performing a hard reset will erase any custom settings or saved data on the CDJ-400. Use this option with caution and make sure to back up any important data before proceeding.

Pioneer cdj 400 unit turns on, takes cd, cd spins and then just ejects it.

There are two reasons for this fault. The first one is with its disc loading mechanism. If the mechanism do not place the disc properly on to the reading chasis, this fault can be. It will spin for some time and will ejected automatically
The second one is with its optical pickup unit. If optical pickup unit do not read the disc; due to some fault to it [dust or dirt over the optical lens]. But in this case, there will be only "No Disc" display will be there. No automatic ejection will take place.
With your player, the first sated might be the case. The disc loading mechanism might need replacement.

Cdj800mk2 keeps ejecting cds when loaded

Your loading motor is probably damaged and needs to be replaced. Or, the traverse assembly might be damaged.

In either case, you'll have to have a qualified service technician perform this repair.

Your CD tray is damaged, or the loading mechanism/motor is damaged - or both. Unfortunately, not an easy fix. You'll need to take it to a service center for repair.

Can you help me

According to pioneer this is most likely due to a dirty lens. It might also be a problem with the laser/head.
