- The quantaray QTB-955OU digital flash works unpredictably with my Nikon D40. In Aperture mode, ISO 800, f11 (which is recommended and which I set on both camera and flash), I will get totally different exposures for identical shots. This is just one example of a setting I use. Also, when I try to set a flash mode for iTTL while the flash is mounted, using the digital NK module Ritz sold me for the D40, the camera doesn't even see the external flash, just the built-in flash. Any ideas before I drive to Ritz Camera?- jacksheedy
