SOURCE: Washer makes loud thumping after finished spin cycle

Remove washer cabinet (easy to remove)and check that "base pads" (there are 3 pads, located under the main tub)are not worn. In case they are worn (even one of them), you should replce them all. Good luck !!

Yes, bearing, most definitely. It is a cheap part but difficult to replace.

SOURCE: I have the hotpoint BWM129 super silent 1200 spin,

The flashing lights means that an error had been detected.

The machine must be unplugged from main to check the drain hose and the drain pump.
The most common is that the drain pump is clogged with debris and must be unlocked.

SOURCE: GE Prodigy Washing machine making clunking noise

One common problem area is the clutch assembly. The clutch is built on top of the motor, the motor drives the clutch and the clutch assembly drives the rest of the washer. The clutch gets very noisy when parts inside are worn out. The shoes lining that drives the inner drum of the clutch wear off and you will get a metal on metal sound. Clutches often can be rebuilt, but sometimes they are too worn and replacing the whole clutch is the best repair. Please use this link here for clutch replace and repair info. The belt and pump may be the next items to check for noises. How to access the washer. Clutch repair help.

My Kenmore is making a short buzzing noise then stops.

More information is needed to try and diagnose any specific problem. But, is the machine finishing the wash cycle, properly? Some appliances sound an alarm/notification shortly before they finish their 'cycle.' Good luck.

Lamona hja 8553

Unfortunately Lamonoa doesnt make washing machines. Its a wood fitting company that uses various machines. They reccomend this manual

for the 8553.

How to release child lock in seimens washing machine that is wash and dry D12-52 1200 rpm

Child lock will deactivate only in the original programme that it was activated in. If you have forgotten the orginal programme, try deactivating separately in each programme.
To deactivate child lock press the clock key for 5 seconds.

Water building up during the dry cycle and clothes getting wetter

1) Make sure wash cycle is 100% finished (sometimes dryer will start before - usu on synthetic cycle & allows water to continue flowing in)

2) Manually start the dry cycle after you ensure wash cycle is finished and push in the wash cycle button.

Hope that helps! If not, you may need a new control module (I did - hope you don't!)

LG top loader slapping noise in wash cycle

Its not the usual problems found on Lg machines. sounds like you have possibly one or more coins being picked up underneath the pulsator. To check, remove pulsator with screwdriver and check .Very possibly you have a bra cup spring caught between the two drums which make an akward sound.

Spin cycle trouble

possibly a segment has raised on the motor armature or a faulty motor brush. pop off the belt and put it into a spin cycle to see if you still hear the noise- if so the fault is with the motor as the drum will be still. any scraping sounds in the drum may be a lost bra wire.
