Hello,
I think the problem happened during defrosting. i will tell the important steps that should be done while defrosting. Check whether you done the same steps or not.. If you done the wrong steps kindly contact the Shop where you buyed and tell them to replace with your guaranty(if available).
Here are the steps. Shut off the power to or unplug your freezer. It can't defrost if it's still running. Find the drain hole near the bottom of the freezer and put a plate or towel underneath it to prevent water from getting on the floor. Open the freezer door and remove all the food. Remove any baskets or other removable items from the freezer as well.Take the spatula and scrape away as much ice as you can from the walls of the freezer. This is cold work; I recommend gloves if you have any. After you scrape away as much as you can, use the dust pan and bowl and take out as much of the ice that has accumulated on the bottom of the freezer as possible. Replace the baskets or shelves in the freezer and shut the door. Turn the freezer back on. Put the food back in the freezer in an orderly manner where things can be found when you want them. Put items you hope to use soon in the freezer above your fridge or in a place inside your deep freeze where they will not be forgotten and used soon.Remove all of the excess water from the bottom of the freezer. You may use a kitchen towel for that; squeeze it into the bowl so you don't get water all over the floor. The water will be extremely cold. Once all of the water is gone, wipe down all interior surfaces of the freezer with paper towels. You don't need to use spray cleaner in the freezer unless there is some type of mess that was caused by food spilling.

  • Fill up the large container with warm water. Pour it along areas that still have a lot of ice buildup. Let it sit for a minute or two. Then take the spatula and scrape off any loose ice. The ice is likely to come off in big sheets Once again, remove the ice and water from the bottom of the freezer. Repeat this process until all of the ice is removed from the sides of the freezer.

    Thanks..

    Deepfreez defrosted on its own

It is likely the thermostat has failed - or the defrost timer.

    How to delete deepfreeze

Hi. I think if that deepfreeze workstation program has password then you should know it and enter that password by pressing and holding CTRL+ALT+SHIFT then press F6 then enter the password. After that you must change the state to THAWED state then restart your computer. Your deepfreeze icon on the lower left should have an X marked now that is blinking, it means that your deepfreeze is already disabled, now you can uninstall it by using the same installer that you use to install your deepfreeze workstation. If you dont know the password you should have the main installer for deepfreeze 6 that creates a workstation installer and you can use that main installer to generate a password for you to login your deepfreeze workstation. Hope This Helps

Self defrosting deep freeze not defrosting

The excess frost in those areas is probably caused by leaky door gasket seals. They should be tight enough to hold a dollar bill securely all the way around. A defrost problem would start on the coils behind the back cover inside the freezer and would also appear on the back wall before it did on the door edges.
