You likely need to set the address on the expansion module. The link below if for the installation manual for the 4219. You will need the installation manual from your panel to determine what address to use. The address determines what zones the expansion module use. Make sure you power the panel down before you set the address.

Hope this helps.

Honeywell how to

You don't say what kind of control panel you're trying to add this to, but I would guess a Vista 20 based on the symptoms. You cannot use a 4208U for this panel...what you need is a 4219, but even that may not work because Honeywell has changed the components without changing the part numbers, making the new expanders incompatible with older controls. You may need to upgrade to a Vista 20P.

I have an ademco 20p system. Never used it until after the breakin! Any way, now programed but, I get a check 09 signal that flashes. Won't allow me to arm the system

Check 09 indicates a problem with an expansion device, either a hardwired expansion board (4219 or 4229) or wireless (RF) receiver (5881 or 5883 in Canada) or RF receiver integrated in one of your keypads. What expansion device(s) do you have?

I have a worcester 28cdi boiler and the pressure keeps rising..

you bled the radiators, so this is a water system not steam. Sounds like you expansion tank is "slugged" or full of water, so there is no place for the water to expand when it warms up. get some water out of the expansion tank

Problem prompt on DIMM error

If the printer freezes or crashes at memory count or if the printer shows error Mem test failure replace DIMM or if the printer display is completely blank in that case obviuosly you can try reseating Mmeory Module.
However that doesn't fix the problem formatter board is faulty.
Need to get Formatter replaced.

2002 LX 470 won't start

For 2002 LX470; after monthly starting failures each month, over seven month period. First, battery was replaced, then throttle assembly, then engine computer, then ignition module, then transmission, then problem was attributed to a cracked fuse module and entire module was replaced. Port for one of the fuses was supposedly cracked (although no final determination could be made because module is completely sealed and cannot be opened without destroying entire contents). Problem attributed to expansion/contraction in module that had crack, resulting in intermittent starting failures.

What you're typing in and thus asking for is the cube of the expansion of (x-5), and that is exactly what the calculator is giving you. The expansion of (x-5) is (x-5), of course, and the cube of that is (x-5)^3.

What you want is the expansion of (x-5)^3. To get this you need one more set of parentheses.

Note the two open parens immediately after the "d".

First go to recovery console. try this command after the command prompt. CD system32\drivers\ Enter Last line should be: C:\windows\system32\drivers> then... Expand the file from the CD. expand d:\i386\ntfs.in_ or expand d:\i386\ntfs.sy_ if this doesnt work try to run CHKDSK /R. if you get any error while running checkdisk repair you will need a hard drive replacement.
