When i enter the twitter page it already has my email address and my password, maybe i have pressed a button or something..how can i get rid of this?because this is very dangerous when i am not the one using the computer, and someone might be able to open my twitter account because my email and my password is already present whenever i go to the twitter page.this is similar to the "remember me" button on facebook, except here in twitter because it already has my password put in the password box.

Nothing is working. Help! If you've tried resending the email and you are still having trouble, here are some troubleshooting tips:
  1. Are we sending it to the wrong email address? Double check your Account settings to make sure your email is entered accurately. See any typos? Do we have an old email on file? Make any necessary corrections and click save; we'll send another email if you've updated the address.
  2. Try changing the email address to an email address with a large domain (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.). We tend to have more success delivering emails to those types of domains.
  3. Still need help? Contact us here.
I would suggest keep hitting the button that says 'I didn't get the email'.

This is my Twitter address. I have try all thease ways but none will go. What am i doing wrong???? Twitter.com@DulwNTA , twitter.com@dulwnta twitter@DulwNTA ) Reg Roy

    Hello,
You registered with twitter using your email address. I guess it should have been dulwnta@something.com, where "something" could be yahoo, hotmail, gmail, whatever your personal email is. So just enter your email address. Even if you cant remember the password you opened it with, a new one would be sent to your mail box.

    I hope that helped you?

How do I create my own user name for Twitter

    Go to twitter.com (http://twitter.com/)
then enter your name, the password you want, and your email address. Then press sign up.
From there you will be asked to come up with a username, and it will tell you if it's available. If not, you'll have to change it slightly, by maybe adding a number at the end of your original username.

Forget everything and just first check which email address you used to register the account. If you know that, its enough.
Go to http://twitter.com/account/resend_password and enter the email address. You will get the new password which you can change later after first logging in with the temporary password that you got in your email.
Let me know if it worked.
