Try connecting the printer via the USB port on either one of the computers. Then test if the machine prints fine then likely possibility is that the Network interface card is faulty remove the network card and install in a different slot and test. If the same thing happens then reinstall the drivers and test.
Hope this helps

SOURCE: Hp 750 will not print.
Thank you for your promt reply but I have managed to get things going again as I got hold of the HP web site down loade an updted driver and found out what I was doing wrong. Basically my USB port for an HP Multi printer required an id of 'DOT4' rather than the LPT1 that it had latched itsel onto.
My problems started when XP Service Pack 3 downloaded and I lost funtionality with a few things, so much so now that it would appear that the registry is so full that my system has almost slowed to a halt and I am getting STOP errors after a period which means usually a restart. I have tried the Micosoft patches with little or no success and I am now looking at installing aother hard drive with the view to saving files to as I think my presant drive has been corrupted.

It turns out 4030 is an error code meaning "No print enabler/invalid" with the following corrective action: "Check if the print enabler is connected properly and it is inserted securely. Or check if the trial period is expired."
It's referring to a device (part GM1070) or a "dongle" that is needed to plug into your copier to be able to print directly off the network. I've seen new ones priced online around $500 (USD) or less for used devices.
If your printer is new or still under warranty, be certain that your supplier provides the print enabler / dongle.
Hope this helps.

If you need printed confirmation that your faxes were successfully sent, follow these instructions to enable fax confirmation before sending any faxes. Select either On Fax Send or Send & Receive.
The default fax confirmation setting is Off. This means that the HP All-in-One will not print a confirmation report for each fax sent or received. A confirmation message indicating whether a fax was successfully sent appears briefly on the display after each transaction.
To enable fax confirmation from the control panel
1. Press Setup.
2. Press 2, and then press 3.
This selects Print Report and then selects Fax Confirmation.
3. Press to select one of the following, and then press OK.
Off Does not print a fax confirmation report when you send and
receive faxes successfully. This is the default setting.
On Fax Send Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send.
On Fax Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you receive.
Send & Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send and
