This toolbar is called "Flashcards". Go to Programs on your Start up menu and click on Toshiba then open "Utilities" and then click on "Settings for Flashcards" and then select "Disable Flashcards".

Remove toolbar

It depends on the browser you are using if it is Internet Explorer than right click ( use the right mousse button) at the very top of the page, a little window will open up make sure "menu bar" is checked, than look on the menu bar for " tools" click on " tools" look down the list and click on "manage add- ons" look down the list on the right hand side for the toolbar( s) you do not want click on it and click disable. Restart your " Internet explorer" and the offending tool bar should be gone. You can also click on " start", "control panel", " add/ remove programs" ( windows XP) or " programs and features"( vista, windows7) look down the list for the toolbar and click on it, and click " uninstall " to remove permanently from your machine

My Chicony USB 2.0 camera on my toshiba vista home premium, intel celeron inside, doesn't work normally. you can use it on Skype hotmail and Facebook but u can take pictures with it normally. Ther

Suggest you go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down through the installed programs to see what the camera app is actually called, then search for that name in the "Search" box that pops up after you click on the Start menu (before you click All Programs).

Or try just typing Chicony in the search box.

Missing tool bar when I uploaded to Explorer 7. I cant click on tools to get it back because I dont have a tool bar to acces

Try to uninstall IE7. Once it's removed, restart your computer then it will revert back to the older version IE6. After that you can opt to install IE7 again or much better a newer version like 8 or 9.

To uninstall IE7, kindly follow these steps:
  1. Close all programs.
  2. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
  3. Click Uninstall a Program under the Programs category
  4. In the Tasks pane, click View installed updates.
  5. In the list of installed updates, double-click Windows Internet Explorer 7. In the Uninstall an update dialog box, click Yes.

Note If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
  6. Follow the instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 7.
  7. When the uninstall program is finished, restart your computer.
  8. After you restart your computer, open Internet Explorer. Click Help>About Internet Explorer and check if it's on version 6. If it is then proceed with upgrading to a higher version again.

    Hope this helps.

I do surveys on the side and a survey asked me to download a toolbar which when the survey was done, was suppose to automatically been removed. Since this specific survey, I have had trouble with my yahoo...

The tool bar might still be running the simplest solution is to right click in the tool bar area to disable it.
If your PC wont let you get this far try running internet explorer without add-ons (start ->programes ->accessories -> system tools Internet explorer If this works you should be able to manage the toolbar from there.

You can also check to see if the toolbar shows up in your installed program lists (start -> programs -> add or remove programs) from this list you can see all applications installed on your PC look for the toolbar you added and remove it.

3. clear temp and prefetch. start - run - type TEMP . start - run - %temp% . start run - prefetch. delete all these junk listed under these 3 locations.
