Update your Adobe flash player software to the latest version:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If that doesn't fix it you might have some viruses and malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below..

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

When Installing choose the non-pro version.

Runs but quits

Probably gummed up carb. If you don't want to try to rebuild the carb, then try adding a really good carb / fuel injector cleaner to the gas/oil mixture. don't forget to use a very small amount, then run the motor as fast as it will go for short periods of time to try and dissolve the gumming in the jets.

Lost search help and can not run ipconfig /all log

I could be off on this one, Ladonna, but it sounds like a mutation of
MS Antivirus,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MS_Antivirus

A 'scareware rogue anti-virus'.
I ran into a mutation of this 'creature' back in 2005, with my niece's computer.

(As you can read in the article, MS Antivirus has been out for quite some time. It has changed names through the years, or mutated, but is still the same Ol' piece of cr@p)

Administrative privileges were lost. (You, as the owner of the laptop are the Administrator)
No getting into Control Panel, Task Manager, Administrative tasks, and the internet.

Why? MS Antivirus doesn't want you to remove it.

I used the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, from CNET.com

(Sounds like I am advertising, but I'm not. The program is free, and no junk attached )

I downloaded it to my computer, and burned it to a CD disk. Then installed the CD disk, in my nieces computer's optical drive.
I then installed it, and turned it on.

Pop-up, after pop-up, after pop-up, appeared. So many in fact, that I couldn't see the Malwarebytes screen. Didn't know if it was running, or not.

DO NOT click on the pop-ups. It will just slow Malwarebytes down.
(Some pop-ups have fake Windows 'shields', some are real Windows 'shields'. Clicking on the real ones does no good either! Lol!)

Average time for Malwarebytes to complete, is around 42 minutes, the first time. (Full scan)
Just depends on how large the harddrive is, and how much stuff you have on it.

You aren't done yet.
System Restore also restores those 'virus' files.
You have to turn System Restore off, then run Malwarebytes one more time. Then turn System Restore back on, and create a restore point.

Now you're good to go.
(2012, and she hasn't had a problem yet)

Need guidance in downloading, installing, and running Malwarebytes, post back in a Comment.
I use it everyday.

If you also need guidance in going to System Restore, turning it off, and back on, post in a Comment.

(I also use CCleaner daily. A free registry cleaner. Can guide you with this also)

How to remove virus at hard dish pc

Using another computer, download the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and burn it to a CD disk.
Install the disk in the affected computers CD/DVD optical drive.
Run Malwarebytes.

There may be a LOT of pop-ups. So may in fact, that you may not be able to see the Malwarebytes screen, and wonder if it is running.

NO matter how many pop-ups you see, and no matter how real they look, DO NOT click on anything.
Let Malwarebytes run.
Average time is 42 minutes.

1) Free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,

http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

On this page click on Download Now in the green rectangle. (Ignore the other Start Downloads, etc. They are advertising for something else)

After you are finished running Malwarebytes, you may wish to turn System Restore OFF, and run Malwarebytes one more time.

THEN turn System Restore back on.

System Restore will also keep the 'virus'.

2) The 'virus' you have is a 'scareware malware',

Hi seanbewhay...

It sounds to me like you have a virus in your computer that is causing your computer to act strangely.
I will recommend that you start your computer in the safe mode, then go to the following website to download, install and run Microsoft Safety Scanner.
It may take quite a while for it to finish scanning and cleaning your machine due to the size of the hard drive, but just give it time.
Also the nice part about the Microsoft Safety Scanner is it's FREE, and also if it cannot finish removing the virus it will give you a pop open window that will allow you to connect to a Microsoft professional who will take over your computer (with your permission) and remove the virus for you for FREE.
Please take time to rate me.
Follow the link below to download the Microsoft Safety Scanner

The muffler falling off was a common fault, there was a later muffler with a third fixing screw in the top, you can retro fit this if you wish, as for the running, it certainly sounds like a fuel issue, the rubber boot conection on the cylinder also incorperates the impulse tube, make sure the tube has not split and come off, it is a short curled pipe from the bottom of the rubber induction boot, this creates the pulse to the carb pump, als make sure the clip around the boot has not come undone.
