Question about Audio Players & Recorders
First of all what is the name of the device? you can find the device driver on the manufacturers website. If you have connected the device to your PC before then you dont need the driver installed again. There is a probability that the firmware on the mp3 player has gotten corrupt due to a virus or some part of the firmware being deleted. First i need to know the product make to enable me profer a solution.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
