Question about GN Netcom GN 8120 USB Headset
To enable Windows 7 support for the GN8120 USB headset, you need to make sure it's it has Firmware Version 11.0 or newer. The version 11.0 firmware updater can be found at http://www.jabra.com/sites/Jabra/GNimages/Software updates/GN8120_Update_790.zip or http://headsetplus.com/PDF/GN8120_Update_790.zip. Other headset updates and more info can be found at http://headsetplus.com/faqdesk44/faqdesk_info.html. Note that the firmware update must be performed under Windows XP, not Windows 7.

First you need to see whether your headset is supported for Window 7? Because most of the old model products are not supported for Window 7. You can see it on the product box. If not supported, then you may need to contact the company for firmware update or buy a new set for Win7.
