Sir , i dont have file manager\application manager found in my phone nokia 2700 classic then how can i recover the memory card password,please tell me the other trick..

I have read so many questions how to unlock password-protected memory card. This happens very frequently to some of us (including me). Usually for security reasons, we protect our memory cards with password. It can be done from Memory Card application by selecting Options ' Set password menu.

For S60 1st and 2nd Phones
What should we do if we forget the password? For S60 1st and some of 2nd phones, such as Nokia 3650, Nokia 6600 and Nokia N-Gage, the password is stored in a plain text file.

• Firstly, you need to install FExplorer, a free file manager that allows us to browser through S60 file system.
• Next, launch FExplorer and then browser to c:\system folder. There is a file, called mmcstore.
• Rename the file to mmcstore.txt and then open it. Your password must be several characters at the end of the file.

For S60 3rd Phones, Nokia N-Series and Nokia E-Series
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the password in the latest S60 phones. The only way that I know so far is by reformatting the memory card. It can be done from Memory Card application by selecting Options ' Format memory card menu. Of course, you will lose all your data in the memory card...
If any of you have experience unlocking password of memory card in latest S60 phones, feel free to share it here.
Compatible devices: S60 1st, 2nd, 3rd Edition, Nokia Nseries, Nokia Eseries.

Insert card into your phone but don't access it through phone.

Run FExplorer and Open the path C:\system.

You will find a file called mmcstore ,rename the file mmcstore.txt

Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad.

You will find your password in that file to unlock Nokia 2700 Classic memory card password.

To retrieve password for Nokia 2700 memory card, try this:
1). Go to File Manager or the Application Manager. Under the Settings feature, look for the MMCSTORE file. It will normally be found in the System folder.
Look for it and send it to your computer by using your PC Suite. You can also get it transferred via bluetooth or a USB cable.
As soon as you have it on your PC, right click and select Open with. Select opening it with the Notepad application.
This is where you will obtain the specific password you need.

Go to File Manager or the Application Manager. Under the Settings feature, you will have to look for the MMCSTORE file. You can find it in the System folder.

After you found it send it to your computer using PC Suite. Download it and install it. You can get it transferred via USB cable or Bluetooth.

After you have the file on your PC, right click and select Open with. Select opening it with the Notepad application.

This is where you will obtain the specific password that you are requiring.

sir connet your cellphone to the pc and copy the memory card datas to the pc.and then format the memory card to remove the default password............
