I think there is shortage of memory allowed to your application. Zooming needs some more memory than usual. If you elaborate which device/application/os you are using it will be helpful to solve the problem.
Thanks

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The zoom button is not working properly. When you go to zoom in or out it goes all the way out or zooms all the way in. PLEASE HELP

thats just because your zoom leaver is stuck. all you have to do is when your zooming and it keeps going, to look at your zooming dial and make sure that when you let it go, it goes back to your original spot. its just like a stuck key, you just need to pop it back into place :)
hope this helps

Blank white screane. When i open the camera to take pictures the screen doesnot show any thing it just blank white . the zoom and other thing work

Sounds very strange, hope it isn't serious. Maybe try removing and replacing the batteries. Sometimes a reset helps problems like this. I have the same model.

Zoom ring on 18-55 mm lens is locked/stuck

Are you sure it's the zoom ring that's stuck, and not the focus ring? The focus ring doesn't move when the camera is in autofocus.
If it's indeed the zoom ring that's stuck, you can spend more money than the lens is worth in repairs, or buy a replacement (circa 35 dollars on ebay) for dreadfully cheap. Good luck.

Problem in the camera

The Kyocera web site tech support, will have that information Manually pulling and pushing a stuck zoom lens will run it, It is a very delicate mechanism, and there will be no service option if it is broken.
