It all depends what type of phone you are using. Smartphones will typically have a 3G or 4G connection that allows them to access the internet from anywhere with that signal. You might also connect through WiFi. If you do not have a smartphone, you can probably access a fairly limited mobile web for a charge from your phone company. If you're looking to move a picture or something from your phone to your computer, consider sending a picture message with your email address instead of a phone number.
