Look that you correctly inserted the RAM-module, it should "click" in place.
if you still get no display, turn the computer off, remove the power cord and remove the CMOS/BIOS-battery for 1 minute and then connect everything an try again!.

My asrock conroe 1333 ddr2 667 have a problem when i reboot it and power on there is no display and had no beep.. what is the problem of my mobo?

It sounds like either a motherboard or processor problem. If you have never opened a computer before it is best to take it to a repair shop and get a quote on a repair or return it to the retailer or even Asrock for a refund or replacement, assuming it's still under warranty.
If you are comfortable with opening the computer (and have done it before) I would try to reduce it to it's most basic components.
  1. turn off the computer power at the power supply and the wall socket.
  2. unscrew and remove the case side.
  3. Disconnect power and data cables for CD/DVD drives and hard drives.
  4. Remove any components occupying the expansion slots.
  5. Leave the video card installed for now unless you have an on-board video card.
  6. If you have multiple RAM sticks installed reduce it to just one.
Now close up the machine and try to reboot. If you still have the same problem you know for sure it's one of the remaining components, if not you know it's one of the components you removed so start adding them back one by one to figure out which one.
If it is one of the core components try swapping them out for another compatible spare if you have one. I'm guessing it is probably the motherboard itself if there are no error beeps or anything. I hope this is of some help to you.

Choose your operating system - note that your Lan driver is dependent on which OS you are using. Downloading a fresh Realtek Lan Driver from this website may help with your problem.
