Take it part on inside and clean real good . All parts should lift out. Also you can put a new burner on the bottom of your grill. They sell new burners at Walmart home depot and lowes good luck

Burning Hot and Burning propane tank empty in 2 to 3 uses

What does "and parts to burners" mean? it sounds like you have NG orifices on a LP appliance or the LP orifices are not properly drilled. I use my barbecue several times a week and exchange an LP cylinder about every 6 months. If you are using the grill twice and the cylinder is empty that is not a lot of burning, that is a leak.

to adjust the burner the first and most obvious place to look is to check the pressure on the regulator (LP is 11") and the orifices. Next are there adjustment screws inside the valve stems? if so light the barbecue so the flames are visible and insert a long flat-head screwdriver to adjust the set screw inside the valve stem. turn the valve to "low" and adjust it until the flames are just barely staying on. Leave the set screw in that position and turn the valve on high, close the lid. if you're over 400 degrees in 10 minutes you'll be fine. if not adjust the set screw up a quarter turn at a time.

Why won't my 1999 Chevy cavalier start since it got hot and overheated?

If overheated bad enough to blow a head gasket then the compression is leaking into the cooling system. there is not enough pressure left for heat expansion to keep the gas burning. check engine compression if low due a pressure volume loss test.

Exhaust fumes comes through my heater in the car

the heater draws air from outside the engine compartment, usually from the grille between the hood and the windshield. check to see if the carpet is wet on the passenger side floor, under the glovebox. I suspect you have a leak in the heater core, and you are getting coolant fumes rather than exhaust fumes. Other signs of a heater core leak would be oily film on the inside of the windshield near the defroster vents, and low coolant level or overheating. If you do actually have a leak in the exhaust manifold, it could be cracked, or leaking from joints in the pipe or where the manifold bolts to the head. If the leak is at the head, you will hear a sharp hiss every time that cylinder fires. You might also be able to feel the hot gas escaping, if you (obviously use extreme caution to not get a severe burn) put your hand near the manifold. If exhaust fumes are getting inside the car, you should also look for unplugged openings in the firewall. The firewall should be as airtight as possible so you should not smell any fumes even if there is a leak.

Fill radiator with antifreeze but still low when checked no signs of leaks

You could have a slow leak somewhere near the engine or exhaust and when it does leak it just hits the hot part and burns away before it hit the ground. Your best bet is to get/rent a cooling system pressure tester. You can build up the pressure as if the vehicle is hot and since you are doig it when the engine is cold, you will be able to lovate the source of your leak. Like a freeze plug or even in your heater coil. That's what I would suggest. Hope this helps.

The regulator has a hissing leak when tank is attached to grill Grill is Master Forge 2-burner gas grill, Model # MFA350CNP The leak was noticed because the grill would not heat to beyond 250 degrees....

You will need the replace the grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly. You can pick one up at any hardware store or home center that sells grills and accessories for about $30.00. Take your old one with you for comparison purposes.

After you install the new one, be sure to check it for leaks, as described in the grill's Owner's Manual. Also, and this is very important. When opening the gas tank valve, open it Very, Very Slowly (slow motion, slow). If you don't, the regulator will lock up and no gas will flow to the burners.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa. Happy Grilling!!

Gas not coming out enough; flame not catching on to other burners

Problem: Low flames on grill, tank is full.

Cause: These newer tanks have a device inside that limits the flow of gas to prevent leaking or accidental discharge of gas from the cylinder. The leak detector mechanism inside the tank shuts off the gas whenever the valve is opened rapidly.

Close the tank valve and remove the tank. Check the gas line for ANY object that could cause blockage. Open all valves on the grill to eliminate any pressure whatsoever. Close all valves and reattach tank. SLOWLY open the tank not over 2 turns. Check for leaks. I just open my tank a tiny bit but that is just me.

This late model gas grill service manual has more details on page 13.

Flames only come out very low on both sides

disconnect tank, hook tank back up, then open valve slowly. When opened to fast it thinks valve is leaking and shuts down.

The entire 4 gas burners do not get hot

here is the link to so you can contact them directly.

Now, the most common problem on all recent gas grills is that the regulator in the gas hose now has a safety feature which prevents it from leaking. Sometimes this feature gets stuck.

Unscrew your propane tank from the regulator, tap the regulator a couple of times and reattach it. This may solve your problem. If not, use the link above.
