Question about Cell Phones
I took my phone into a verizon store and purchased a different product. They took
care of it on the spot. I took back your product to best buy. Please refund my account
for not providing a tech online to chat about the questions I had. You should not charge
someone before you provide a service. I thought I would pay more and get the problem fixed right then, but I was on line for a good half an hour and nobody helped. That is not acceptable. Please refund my card.
