Question about Plumbing
If it's not the seal it may be a worn section on the shaft. If it was me and the seal wasn't to expensive I would polish down the sealing surface on the shaft and seat and replace the seal.Not knowing what pressures you are running at it doesn't take much wear on the seal to cause a leak.
