How to Free Download and Install/Update Windows Drivers with Clicks

If your computer's hardware started freaking out, freezing up or behaving in weird ways, don't lay blame at the feet of a mischievous gremlin. Instead, it's much more likely that your devices simply aren't rocking the most up-to-date and compatible drivers.

How can you fix this? A simple driver update might just fix your Windows hardware woes.

We know, Windows update will include most driver updates but not all updates are available via Windows update. So how can you quickly and completely update the outdated drivers for your Windows system?

Manually update one by one from Device Manager? I will not recommend this here since there is better tool that can help you do this. It is DriveTheLife which allows to download, install, update, backup, restore and uninstall hardware drivers with ease. It is totally free, safe and clean.

Just download it to have a try if needed!

Driver for iphone4 code 28

Important: Device Manager error codes are exclusive to Device Manager. If you see the Code 28 error elsewhere in Windows, chances are it's a system error code which you should not troubleshoot as a Device Manager issue. Cause of the Code 28 Error A Code 28 error is caused by a missing driver for that particular piece of hardware. There are any number of reasons that a driver might not be installed for a device but your troubleshooting of the problem will be the same no matter the root cause.
Error Code 28 Troubleshooting
  1. Restart your computer if you haven't done so already.

There is always the slim chance that the Code 28 error you're seeing in Device Manager was caused by a fluke with Device Manager or in your BIOS. If that's the case, a reboot might fix the Code 28.

  2. Did you install a device or make a change in Device Manager just before you noticed the Code 28? If so, it's very possible that the change you made caused the Code 28 error.

Undo the change, restart your PC, and then check again for the Code 28 error.

Depending on the changes you made, some solutions might include:

  3. Update the drivers for the device. Installing the latest manufacturer supplied drivers for a device with the Code 28 error is the most likely solution to the problem.

Important: Make sure you install the drivers for the correct operating system. For example, if you're using Windows 7 32-bit, install the drivers designed for that specific version of Windows. Many Code 28 errors are caused by attempting to install the wrong drivers for a device.

  4. Install the latest Windows service pack. Microsoft regularly releases service packs and other patches for their operating systems, one of which may contain a fix for the cause of the Code 28 error.

Note: I do know that certain service packs for Windows Vista and Windows 2000 have contained specific fixes for some instances of the Code 28 error in Device Manager.

  5. Replace the hardware. As a last resort, you may need to replace the hardware that has the Code 28 error.

It's also possible that the device is not compatible with this version of Windows. You can check the Windows HCL to be sure.

Note: If you still think there is still a software/operating system component to this Code 28 error, you could try a repair install of Windows. If that doesn't work, try a clean install of Windows. I don't recommend doing either of those more drastic options before you try replacing the hardware, but you may have to if you're out of other options.
Please let me know if you've fixed a Code 28 error using a method that I don't have above. I'd like to keep this page as updated as possible.

I want Ezonics usb webcam driver

Please be informed that any Driver software depends upon the hardware make and Operating System. So, you need to know all these information's to do get going.

Please find the Driver software's of your webcam inside the installation disk provided with the System at the time of purchase. In case if you do not posses the same then you need to download the driver software from the web. As you have not mentioned your Webcam make and Operating System you are using, I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the Webcam.

Even here you need to be careful to download the correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the Webcam Model number and the OS that you are using.

After you have downloaded the driver, to install just plug in the webcam on to your PC and then Double click on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.

HI, i have a IBM thinkcentre S50 8086-21G and after resinstall on my hard drive the XP SP2 version , i don't have access about the USB connector and can you help me about this? i don't find the...

What exactly are you trying to connect to the computer via usb? If your talking about generic devices such as usb mice and keyboard then you will need to reinstall windows again. Devices like these use a generic usb driver that is installed during windows xp installation. There isn't really anyway to install this driver that I am aware of other then a clean install of windows
You could attempt to repair the windows system files, but I can't guarantee it will help.
You will need a windows xp disc. -Insert the disc. -Press the "Start" button -Click on run -Type "cmd" and press enter -Type "sfc /SCANNOW" and press enter
This will check for problems with your system files. Hope this helps
Clean install of windows (Delete all partitions and re install fresh) would be the easiest way to fix the driver problem. I did also find this article on how to manually install the usb driver. Best of luck http://support.microsoft.com/kb/329632

I don't have audio and can't install the driver

Make sure that audio is enabled in the BIOS. Check to see if it displayed in the device manager and that it is enabled, as this will prevent you from installing the driver. It is also possible that the device is defective and you will need to replace it. I hope this helped. Good luck and have a fantastic day.

I install Activated Windows 7 and I know that it ha no sound so I want to install the audio and sound of the computer, if you can help me please solve my problem. thanks

Hi,
Installing Audio driver in windows 7 should not be a problem. If windows is not able to install the drivers automatically, you can update the drivers using the internet. Here's how you do it.
Surely, windows 7 has detected your device and it should appear in device manager.
Go to Device Manager Check for the Audio Device (you will see this with an error) Right click on it and click on Update Driver then choose update driver automatically.
You should be connected to the internet when doing this as win7 will look for a compatible driver for your device. If this fails, you have to go to your PC or device manufacturer's website to look for a compatible driver.

Error 39 no driver found

I suspect you need to perform a little Registry surgery. Sounds suspiciously like an upper and lower filter and /or driver problem. See link below for instructions
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060

Although other things may cause your problem, it definitely will not hurt to install a clean driver.

Note: Registry edit is needed to properly re-install driver
