If you are notusing your laptop on a flat surface, it may be obstructing the cooling vents onthe bottom of the laptop. Your laptop fanmay be faulty and not spinning freely, in this case replace the fan.
Check the fan and heat sink assembly and remove the dust, loosen the dust anduse a can of compressed air to clear away the dust. A laptop fanassisted cooling pad may solve your problem

Hi riovandy...

Start your computer
1. Keep pressing "F1,F2 or F8" as the laptop computer starts.(Depending on your computer)
This will start the computer in Safe Mode.
2. When the window "Advanced Boot Options" opens, choose "Safe Mode" with arrow key and confim by pressing the Enter key, then PC enters the Safe Mode.
3. Once you are in the Safe mode Click "Administrator" on the Windows login screen.
Take note that you have set the Administrator password before, you need to input the changed password instead of leaving "Password" field blank.
4. Then click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Select the account that is locked and change the password.

My laptop keeps freezing up and when im watchin a movie it keeps jumpin and i cant watch it properly can ya please help me

Please restore your loptop to an early time of which you think it's working properly, to much of an installed auto run programs might be causing this , and also a program that is still working under windows. Auto run viruses is the cause of all this disruptions . If you can't clean the virus nor turn off some of the auto run programs that you had installed, try to use system restore to restore your loptop to it's original tiptop shape. But backup all your loptop drivers first. Have a nice day friend.

Why my loptop when booting, turn off and restart again just 5 sec and repeat the same thing always

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR NHARD DRIVE IS DAMAGED.BUT FIRST I WOULD TRY TO GO INTO THEBIOS BY USING DEL,F1,F2,F10,OR,F12THEN RESET THE BIOS TO DEFAULT, SETTINGS AND SAVE AND EXIT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO DISKS IN YOUR DRIVES AND NO FLASH DRIVES OR SD CARD ATTACHED.THEN REBOOT.IF THAT DONT WORK TRY REINSTALLING OR GO TO THE HARD DRIVE SITE THATS IN THE LAP TOP AND DOWN LOAD THEIR HARD DRIVE TEST BOOT PROGRAMS.
